You can download the packet from two different servers. If the main download server is slow you may want to try the mirror.

If you don't have StepMania yet, download it from stepmania.com.
Installing instructions
Unpack the GWand_Pack.zip to your StepMania's Songs folder. Restart StepMania. If the songs don't appear in your songs list check that you don't have fastload option enabled in the settings and try again.
